Terms and Conditions

1. What eShopBD is

eShopBD is a software tool that lets sellers take orders online. We do not sell, stock or deliver any products ourselves, and we never take money from buyers. Every sale is made directly between the seller and the buyer.

2. Seller accounts

• You need a Google account to sign up, and you must be at least 18 years old.
• Your store name, mobile number and other details must be accurate.
• You are responsible for everything that happens in your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, tell us right away.
• You may not open a store under the name or identity of another person, brand or organization.

3. Fees

eShopBD is currently completely free. If we introduce any fee or paid plan in the future, sellers will be told in advance. You will never be charged without your consent.

4. Seller responsibilities

• Keep product names, photos, prices, descriptions and delivery charges accurate and truthful.
• Confirm orders, deliver on time, and handle returns, refunds and buyer complaints.
• If you have a return or refund policy, state it clearly in the product description or on your store.
• Use buyers' names, phone numbers and addresses only to deliver orders and for related communication; never sell or misuse them.
• Only upload photos and text you have the right to use.
• Follow the applicable laws of Bangladesh, such as the Consumer Rights Protection Act and the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines.

5. What is not allowed

• Selling illegal products — such as drugs, weapons, counterfeit or stolen goods, unapproved medicines, or anything else prohibited by law.
• Obscene, hateful or fraudulent content.
• Misleading buyers with false prices, fake discounts or wrong information.
• Placing fake orders, spamming, or deliberately sending nuisance orders to someone else's store.
• Hacking the platform, overloading it with automated tools, or trying to access other people's data.

6. For buyers

• You are buying directly from the seller. The seller is responsible for product quality, delivery, returns and refunds.
• Payment is Cash on Delivery — you pay when you receive the product. The seller sets the delivery charge, and it is shown before you place the order.
• Give your correct name, mobile number and address. Do not place fake orders.
• If there is a problem with an order, contact the seller first. If it isn't resolved, or a store seems fraudulent, let us know from the Support page — we will look into it and close the store if needed.

7. Content ownership

You own the product photos, text and logo in your store. To run your store, you allow us to store and display them — for example on your store pages, in previews of shared links, and in search engines. The eShopBD name, logo and platform design belong to us.

8. Suspension and closing accounts

• We may suspend or permanently close a store or account if it breaks these terms, if we receive complaints of fraud against buyers, or when required by law.
• You can stop using eShopBD at any time. To have your account and data deleted completely, write to rakibuzzaman.contact@gmail.com from the email you sign in with.

9. Availability

We try to keep eShopBD running at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or unexpected problems. The service is provided “as is”, and we may add, change or remove features.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, eShopBD is not liable for transactions between sellers and buyers, product quality, delivery, business losses, or indirect losses caused by the service being unavailable.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when needed. If there is a significant change, sellers will be told in advance by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using eShopBD after a change, you are treated as accepting the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
